Return Policy

All of our products are carefully inspected before being shipped out. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your product is damaged or not up to your expectations, please contact us at hello@commonwealthcandle.com. Please include your name and order number.

Returns and Exchanges

C.Y.O.C items and gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If your item was damaged during shipment, please submit photographic proof of the damaged product and condition of the box item was shipped in to Commonwealth Candle within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
